A Muffin Break store manager has admitted retrieving out-of-date ham from a bin, but claims she just did it to 'take a picture'.

The manager at the cafe's store at Westfield Chermside in Brisbane's north has been accused of texting staff with threats saying they will lose their job if they keep throwing away expired meat.   

She did not deny taking the out-of-date ham out of the bin when confronted, but bizarrely claimed she just wanted to photograph the meat.
