Desperate Indiana grandmother runs billboard pleading for a kidney donor

A desperate Indiana grandmother has failed to find a kidney donor after running a six-month campaign on a billboard at the side of a road in her hometown.

Norma Watson, 69, was diagnosed with a rare genetic disease called Alport Syndrome five years ago and has to undergo grueling dialysis.

The condition attacks the filtering units in her kidneys and makes it difficult for her body to process waste, toxins and fluids.
