Commuters looked on in horror as a man injected himself with heroin on a busy train in front of children.
The man took out a needle and injected his wrist while while travelling on the Midland railway line, in Perth, on Thursday.
A passenger who was in the same carriage posted a picture of the incident to Facebook later that day.
'Just another day on the midland traino...' she wrote.
