A doctor has been accused of organising to meet a mother and her 11-year-old daughter for a depraved threesome.
Police detectives began communicating online with a 49-year-old man living in Coffs Harbour on the New South Wales Mid North Coast in March who thought he was talking to a 32-year-old woman.
The man allegedly told the woman about sexual acts he wanted to perform on the woman's 11-year-old daughter as well as with both of them.
