Ted Baker has announced the conclusion of an investigation into harassment allegations levelled at founder Ray Kelvin, which identified 'several areas for improvement' in the retailer's HR practices.

Mr Kelvin 'agreed to resign' last month following the start of an independent investigation into alleged forced hugging and harassment.

The fashion mogul denied wrongdoing and said the accusations were 'deeply distressing'.
