The family of a young mother who vanished without a trace 16 years ago after going out to the shops say they will never stop searching for her.

Natalie Putt went missing from her home in Dudley, West Midlands, in 2003 and police believe the 17-year-old was murdered. 

Since her disappearance, police officers have searched land near to her home, including underwater searches of rivers and lakes plus a graveyard.

Her family including her now teenage son Rhys who was 11-weeks old when she vanished, still hope she can be found.
