A controversial injecting room has come under fire after a second employee was allegedly caught shooting up in public.
The woman was allegedly seen shooting up in a car near the North Richmond Community Health Centre, where she works.
The injecting room is located on the same site.
She managed to keep her job despite the recent dismissal of another employee who was caught on CCTV shooting up in February, The Herald Sun reported.

The health care centre refused to comment on both matters on Thursday, telling the publication all their employees are expected to be 'fit for work'.
The exposé comes amid a police crackdown on drug dealing in the streets near the injecting room, after residents in the area complained the clinic was causing more crime.
On Thursday, police arrested two men and woman and confiscated a needle and 'small package' on nearby Lennox St about 1.45pm.
A short time after, paramedics were called to the North Richmond injecting room, before transferring out a suspected overdose victim.
