Photos submitted by Amber Heard in court documents asking that a judge dismiss the $50 million defamation suit filed against the actress by Johnny Depp show a clump of the actress' hair that was allegedly torn out after fight with her ex-husband.
DailyMail.com has obtained that image along with one of the couple's splintered bed frame that Heard claims Depp broke during a physical altercation just days before Christmas in 2015.
Heard claims that Depp dragged her by the hair and threw her on the marital bed, where he beat her and beat her and at one point declared: 'I’ll f***ing kill you, you hear me?'
She does not remember how the fight ended.
Just one month prior Heard had been on the cover of Marie Claire where she responded to the rumors that the pair were having difficulty in their relationship by stating: 'I try not to react to the horrible misrepresentation of our lives, but it is strange, and hard.'
