Amber Heard's tearful and harrowing description of the violent fight which prompted her to leave Johnny Depp has been obtained by DailyMail.com.
In August 2016, Heard sat down with her lawyer and Depp's to give her recollection of the incident and many others as part of their divorce proceedings.
Depp, who maintains he never laid a finger on her, was not there.
In a newly-released video of that deposition, she is seen crying and struggling to find words to describe the alleged beating.
It took place at their home in Los Angeles on May 21, 2016.
In a written statement she filed in court last week to try to dismiss his defamation lawsuit against her, she said she had arranged to meet him at their home to discuss their relationship.
Heard had asked their friends, Rocky Pennington and her husband Josh, because Depp was becoming 'erratic'.

Wright- who has claimed repeatedly to be a witness of him abusing her - was on the phone to Depp and Wright yelled to Heard to get out of the home for fear of her safety.
