The son of a former Southern California mayor was arrested along with another teen for launching a horrific attack on an autistic man in a sickening act caught on video.
Declan Bell-Wilson, 18, and Korey Streeter, 18, were arrested on suspicion of assault, robbery and conspiracy after they were filmed slamming a man with autism to the ground and mercilessly kicking and punching him.
Bell-Wilson is the son of former Rolling Hills Mayor Patrick Wilson, who was still in office at the time of the attack, according to CBS.
The two men were arrested at their homes on Thursday for the March 22 beating.
