Joel Benjamin, 71, allegedly pulled out the pee-filed water pistol on the 50-year-old victim who was with her dog outside the Seaside Villas development on Saturday night, according to The Smoking Gun. The complaint affidavit shows Benjamin admitted to police that he did indeed squirt the victim with his own urine several times. Showing no remorse, he added that he would 'do it again' when interrogated. Benjamin lived in a different apartment complex from the victim, and it was unclear as to what his motive was for attacking the woman in this way. The water-gun wielding attacker might have been reacting to area residents not curbing their dogs, The Smoking Gun reported File photo of a water pistol. Joel Benjamin was charged with misdemeanor battery for squirting a woman with a water gun loaded with his own urine, and he apparently told police he would do it again The filed complaint notes that because Benjamin used bodily fluids in the incident, he would not be eligible for an adult pre-arrest diversion program. Benjamin was charged with misdemeanor battery charge and booked into the Pinellas County jail. The 71-year old was released on $500 bond after spending 18 hours in custody.
