Home and Away star Kate Ritchie's husband Stuart Webb was allegedly caught drink-driving on a Tuesday afternoon just blocks from their $1.75million Sydney home.

Stuart Broughton Webb, 38, is accused of blowing a 0.083 blood alcohol level when he was pulled over after running a red light between 4.11 pm and 4.20pm on March 26.

Webb was due to face Waverley Local Court on Tuesday where the drink-driving matter was listed to be heard, but his solicitor asked for it to be adjourned to next month.

Court papers revealed officers stopped Webb's Subaru Levorg on Avoca Street in Randwick, in Sydney's east.

They also discovered his driver's licence was cancelled.
