An interactive map marking every spot in San Francisco where human waste has been reported over the last eight years has emerged as the city continues to grapple with its growing homeless population.
The staggering map pin points every location where human waste has been reported since 2011.
The result is a blanket of brown pins which almost covers the city entirely.
In total, there have been 118,352 instances reported over the last eight years.
