Colby Wilson, 22, has been charged with first-degree murder, assault with intent to kill and possession of a firearm for allegedly beating his pregnant girlfriend, Allyssa Fielding, so badly that she miscarried 

An Oklahoma man has been arrested for murder in connection to a brutal attack on his pregnant girlfriend that caused the woman to suffer a miscarriage and left her brain-dead.

Officers with the Tulsa Police Department responded to Sawmill Apartments at 1294 East 35th Street on Monday evening after getting a call from a woman saying her son, 22-year-old Colby Ray Wilson, was suicidal.

When officers entered the apartment, they found the caller administering CPR to her son’s pregnant live-in girlfriend, identified by police as Allyssa Fielding.

The six-months-pregnant Fielding was rushed to a hospital, where doctors found that her unborn baby no longer had a heartbeat. She was expected to deliver the baby on July 17.
