Miami teenager is charged for wrestling a fake alligator at a shopping mall - just days after he was arrested for 'attempting to perform a dangerous WWE move on his principal' Gianny Sosa-Hernandez, 18, was arrested Monday after he was caught on camera wrestling a life-size alligator statue on display in a Miami mall  The incident occurred late last month and footage of the incident subsequently spread on social media  A viewer of the viral video recognized Sosa-Hernandez and contacted police  The $3690 statue was left damaged and the teen  has been charged with criminal mischief Last week Sosa-Hernandez was arrested for attempting to perform a wrestling move on his high school principal

A high school senior has been charged with criminal mischief after wrestling a fake alligator set up on display in a Miami mall. 

Gianny Sosa-Hernandez, 18, was arrested Monday over the March 30 incident, which was caught on camera and spread on social media. 

Video footage shows the high school senior removing his t-shirt inside The Falls Shopping Center before climbing over a barricade and throwing the alligator statue into an indoor pond. 

The teenager can then be seen jumping on top of the reptile replica before smashing it around in the shallow water.
