Two people have been taken into custody, including a 14-year-old girl, over the death 22-year-old man whose body was mysteriously found on the side of a road.
Jarrod Leigh Turner was shot and his body was found near Richmond, north of Hobart, on early Sunday morning.
A 29-year-old man is also being held by police as part of the investigation.
Detective Inspector Doug Rossiter said noone had been charged yet at this stage.
