Horrifying footage of a young horse rearing up and then collapsing after being attached to a cart is being investigated by the RSPCA.
The horse, which also appears to be thin and in poor condition, is trapped in the harness after falling at a supermarket car park next to a caravan in Flintshire, north Wales.
Nadine Williams posted the video to social media on Wednesday with the caption: 'Today my sister found a horse tied up around by the Range in Deeside.
