A drug-addled couple were arrested after a naked toddler was spotted walking around the parking lot of a Florida IHOP. 

Jordyn Freeman, 24, and Randy McMillin, 27, were taken into custody by Panama City police after they were found in the front seat of their van, with two nine-month-olds in the backseat covered with pillows and blankets.

IHOP employees arriving to work at around 5.30am found the frightened toddler walking around alone and wrapped him in an apron, police said.

IHOP employees arriving to work at around 5.30am found the frightened toddler walking around alone and wrapped him in an apron, police said. Staff at the pancake restaurant cooked them a meal before all three were placed in the custody of the Department of Children and Families (DCF)
