Texas police have resorted to using kindergarten lessons on drivers who stray over the lines while parking and encroach on handicap spots.
Southlake Police Department officer Brad Uptmore told NBC DFW that a pet peeve of his is seeing cars that have strayed into empty handicap parking spots, prompting him to come up with a novel way to remind drivers to pay more attention in the future.
A now viral Southland PDS Facebook post showcases Uptmore's handiwork: A piece of paper bearing a black and white outline of the police department badge and a chiding message.
