Authorities believe that Turner, Kennison, and Pena abandoned the Las Vegas home they were sharing after Burchard was murdered.

Burchard's body was found rotting in the trunk of Turner's two-door Mercedes Benz coupe, which was found abandoned off a dirt road in Las Vegas on March 7.

The psychiatrist had paid rent for the trio's Las Vegas home through March. He previously paid rent for Turner's home in California.

Investigators found blood throughout a bedroom in the Las Vegas home and said there was evidence of attempts to try and clean it up, according to KSBW.

Turner's extradition was delayed and her next court appearance was scheduled for April 16. She is expected to face murder and conspiracy charges back in Las Vegas.
