Yesterday, the country basked in the baking hot weather which is brightening up our Easter weekend. 

Record-smashing levels of April sunshine saw thousands of Britons flock to the nation's beaches, parks and pubs. 

But for a family with 5,000 acres on its doorstep, a gallop around the grounds of Windsor Castle was the perfect way for the Royals to enjoy an unusually toasty Spring Saturday.
