The Cambodian woman, 29, was stopped by police when travelling along a road on the New South Wales south coast on Friday night. Police allege she was travelling almost twice the speed limit. The situation went from bad to worse when police allegedly found a second woman fast asleep in the boot of the car. The woman lost her licence for six months, and was issued fines for exceeding the speed limit by more than 45 kilometres an hour, and driving with a passenger in the boot. Another driver was allegedly caught with a passenger in their boot this weekend. The 18-year-old P-plater was allegedly caught with seven passengers in his station wagon in South Tamworth. New South Wales police have already handed out more than 2,600 infringements for speeding alone.
