The mother-of-two who was found dead only metres from her sleeping children has been remembered as a loving and kind woman.
Syeda Nirupama Hossain's body was found by a concerned friend at about 4am on Sunday morning in the garage of her Minto home.
She had been stabbed to death.
Her husband, Altaf Hossain, was taken into police custody at the scene and is expected to be charged with her murder, https://twitter.com/7NewsSydney/status/1119876290184486913 reported.
He was questioned using an interpreter at Campbelltown Police Station and later taken to Fairfield Hospital for treatment on an injured hand.
Mrs Hossain's distraught family were tasked with relaying the message of her death to her parents, who still live in Bangladesh.
