Ben and Jerry's celebrated 4/20 by calling for criminal justice reform for those who have been charged with crimes related to marijuana.

The ice cream company posted a video to Twitter on Saturday, saying that when it comes to cannabis, people of color are being arrested far more than those who are white.  

'Ever notice how most people making [money] off legalized cannabis are white? But a disproportionate number of people getting arrested for using are black?' slides read.

'That's not cool. Let's celebrate 4/20 this year by making sure legalization doesn't leave people of color behind AND expunging everybody's cannabis convictions.'
