Officer Marlena Nelson is said two have socked two women, aged 28 and 32, when riding in a car with her sister who was also arrested. Police didn't say what sparked the traffic dispute that took place at around 9am in Queens. Off-duty officer Marlena Nelson is said two have socked two women, aged 28 and 32 The violent episode took place near Baisley and Merrick boulevards in St. Albans, there is a City of New York Police Department - 113th Precinct - on Baisley Blvd but it is not known whether it was involved. Officer Nelson serves a different precinct, Midtown South, which covers namely Times Square, Grand Central Terminal, Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. The officer has been charged with two counts of assault, the identities of the other women were not immediately available.
