The Great Australasian Beer Spectacular long list of innovative beer flavours has grown again ahead of the festival's opening night.
Some of Australia's bravest and most experimental breweries have been hard at work creating flavours that might entice beer drinkers around the nation.
A Tim Tam flavoured drink will debut at the festival, hoping to unite chocolate and beer lovers.
Bigshed's Craig Basford said his team loves pushing boundaries around what beer can be.
