A man has been charged with a host of offences including manslaughter and kidnap following the death of a mother-of-five in a car crash over the Easter weekend. 

Joanne Bailey-Collinge, 34, died after her Volkswagen Polo collided with a Volkswagen Amorak and a Mercedes in Wigan at around 5.45pm on Saturday.

Her stepfather Bob Bailey said Joanne, two of her five daughters and her husband Andy were driving home to Abram near Wigan when the crash happened.
