A 13-year-old girl who disappeared from her home on NSW's Central Coast four days has finally been found, with her emotional mother sharing the good news on social media.

Chloe Johnston has been pleading for information on the whereabouts of her teenage daughter for days, sharing photographs and begging for any hint as to where her beloved child could be.

'From the very bottom of my heart I want to thank the overwhelming response and support that you all have given over the past few days,' she wrote to Facebook followers on Wednesday.

'I am truly grateful for everyone’s love and support!'
