Special counsel Robert Mueller reportedly wrote a letter to Attorney General William Barr complaining that his memo to Congress exonerating President Trump of Russian collusion did not fully capture the substance of his report. 

Mueller wrote the letter on March 27 just days after Barr issued a four-page memo that summarized what he said were the main conclusions of the Special Counsel's Russia report, the Washington Post reports.
