Calvin Klein's former toy boy was busted for drugs and weapons possession earlier this month, it has been revealed, marking the third time he's been arrested in the past year. 

DEA agents raided a hotel room at the Hilton Garden Inn in Midtown Manhattan at around 2am on April 5 and found Nicholas Gruber, 29, and three friends throwing a party complete with several bags of meth. 

It comes less than a month after the porn star was charged with assaulting a man with a frying pan.  

A criminal complaint obtained by the New York Post states that the agents seized a backpack containing a 9mm firearm and several Fed-Ex paper shipping bags filled with at least two ounces of methamphetamine.   

Gruber appeared in court on Wednesday to face unrelated charges stemming from the brutal assault last September.
