A Maine father was shocked to find out that his son had robbed a bank - and he had been the oblivious getaway driver.
Joseph Tilton, 39, had asked his father Keith to give him a ride to the Androscoggin Bank in Lewiston so that he could cash a check around 12.30pm on Tuesday.
A few minutes later, Keith dropped his son off to a different part of the city.
As he headed home he passed the bank and was soon pulled over by police. The bank had been robbed. And his vehicle was identical to the getaway car.
Tilton, who authorities described as a transient, now faces felony charges of robbery and theft.

Authorities said they do not plan to charge Keith, as they don't believe he had any idea what was happening.
Keith told police that he had been trying to convince Tilton to check himself into rehab that morning for drug addiction, according to the Lewiston Sun Journal.
He said Tilton refused to leave the car and instead asked his father to take him to a bank so that he could cash a check.
Keith told police he picked Androscoggin Bank, his local bank, because it was nearby at the time.
But when his son returned from the bank he was 'acting odd'.
When Keith dropped him off, he said Tilton tried to leave clothes in the car. When he made his son take his clothes, he saw Tilton throw his jacket on the ground behind a parked car.
