Victoria has been smashed with rain, flash flooding and even a tornado, causing $1million worth of damage to a caravan park. Residents in Wodonga, 300 kilometres north-east of Melbourne, have been told to remain vigilant after Vic Emergency warned of flash flooding on Thursday evening. 'If you are located in Wodonga, you are in danger,' Vic Emergency said at about 6pm. 'You should immediately move indoors, away from floodwater. Do not enter floodwater.' The rain has begun moving across the border to New South Wales, where Sydney is expected to cop the wet weather.
