Donald Trump made an unusual plea for unity on Friday as he told Republicans and Democrats to start working together in the wake of the Mueller report.
The President said it was time to put an end to 'costly and time consuming investigations' even as Democrats planned to haul Mueller to Capitol Hill to testify before the House Judiciary Committee.
'After two years of hard work and each party trying their best to make the other party look as bad as possible, it’s time to get back to business,' he tweeted.

'Republicans and Democrats must come together for the good of the American people,' he added.
'Lets do Immigration (Border), Infrastructure, much lower drug prices & much more - and do it now!'
Trump also repeated his mantra that there was no collusion between his 2016 election campaign and Russia, and said the Mueller report showed 'they were rebuffed at every turn in attempts to gain access.'
