Little Pipe Cay, which is part of the Exumas island chain, comes with a huge nine-bedroom and nine-bathroom main residence as well as a number of outbuildings.

The island is accessed directly by sea plane from the private Odyssey Terminal on New Providence, adjoining the International Airport at Nassau, where there are 10 commercial flights a day from Miami.

Knight Frank, who are listing the property for £65,118,500 ($85,000,000) described the property as a 'one-in-a-lifetime' opportunity.
