This is the astonishing moment a group of gardeners destroy a brand-new patio in a row with a customer who allegedly failed to pay £7,300 for the work.

Jack Pendergast filmed his colleagues smashing up paving slabs and pulling down a fence and can be heard angrily shouting about the dispute in the footage.

He uploaded a series of videos to Facebook and said the customer in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire had not paid despite being asked for the cash 'five times'.

At one point police even turn up but quickly leave, with Mr Pendergast heard saying it was because 'they know we're within our rights'.
