Wendy Williams goes shopping to furnish her new Manhattan bachelorette pad

Wendy Williams has been spotted shopping for items to furnish her new Manhattan bachelorette pad as she gets adjusted to life as a single, sober woman.  

The talk show host left her TV studio Tuesday and headed straight to a lighting store where she spent 40 minutes shopping for light fixtures. 

The 54-year-old then went to her new apartment on the lower west side of Manhattan where she's moved following her split with her cheating husband Kevin Hunter after reports his mistress of 10 years Sharina Hudson, 33, gave birth to his baby girl last month. 

On Wednesday Wendy went shopping at Target with her 24 hour bodyguard.

Wendy was previously living in a sober home in Queens for a month, but revealed on her show that she was ready to move out and start a 'new life' with her fellow recovering addict son.

The next day Wendy was spotted shopping at Target no doubt picking up some household items.

The star wore all black, tennis shoes and was not sporting her wedding ring. She later hid her face behind a cheeky Paradise Hotel ad on a magazine. 

And on Monday Wendy dished to her audience about buying a new vacuum cleaner and how she is getting adjusted to her new life.

'I got a new vacuum cleaner. I bought one at Bed Bath & Beyond,' Wendy said on her show Monday, as she spoke about her weekend. 

'Well, I had walked down the street. Right? I under anticipated -- it's like three blocks. There was seven blocks, it was freezing. If you hear anything - I took a cab back. But I walked.'   

Wendy previously revealed on her show that she was moving out of the sober living facility she has called home for the past few weeks, and was ready to start a new life for herself and her 19-year-old son Kevin Jr.

'It'll be Wendy on the her own. I have to tell you, you know I've been dealing with issues with addiction. Alcoholism, and I have a whole new life that I plan for myself
