Disney voice actor Jim Cummings raped his ex-wife while engaging in ‘sexual deviant behavior’ that he ‘forced upon’ her without her consent, it has been alleged.
Cummings, who is best known as the voice behind Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, and Mickey Mouse’s nemesis Pete, is being accused of making death threats and slapping and groping his ex-wife, Stephanie.
The alleged incidents occurred between 2011, the year the couple divorced after a decade of marriage, and 2018.
Stephanie Cummings claims in court documents filed in Los Angeles County that she obtained two separate restraining orders against her ex-husband, according to The Blast.

She alleges that on August 31, 2011, Jim came over to her home and slapped her on the buttocks before forcing himself on her in front of their four-year-old daughter.
‘He later came up behind me, grabbed my arm, spun me around, and forcefully put his hand on the back of my neck and kissed me while holding me in place against the wall,’ Stephanie alleges.
After the kiss, Jim allegedly asked her if she could ‘see him leaking, because that’s what I make him do when he touches me.’
Stephanie claims she felt ‘humiliated and degraded’ in front of their daughter.
When she reported the incident to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, she says she was advised to get a domestic violence restraining order.
In court documents, Jim did not deny the incident took place, though he claims he was ‘joking and laughing’ with his ex-wife.
‘I touched her slightly on the butt,’ he claims.
Jim says Stephanie gave him a hug voluntarily, and that the ‘whole incident was happy.’

He claims his ex-wife ‘who is much taller than I am, and a large woman, made no objection to anything.’
Stephanie also alleges that Jim raped her during an encounter in 2013. She claims she filed a police report, though she did not offer more details.
She says the rape made her seek treatment at a rehab facility because she was ‘co-dependent.’
In court paper, Stephanie claims Jim showed up at her treatment facility uninvited. He was then asked to leave.
Stephanie alleges her ex-husband engaged in a pattern of abusive behavior, saying he ‘without consent, would touch my buttocks, my groin, and my breasts.
‘He would hold me in place attempting to kiss and fondle me. He would spank me in front of our daughters.
‘He would then follow up by making sexual comments to me that I found repugnant.’
