Nicole George from Fort Myers had saved up money for three years to have a 'mommy makeover' with Hochstein, who's appeared on The Real Housewives of Miami' and who's wife Lisa is on the Bravo reality TV show. After reading positive reviews George underwent surgery in May 2018. 'I really do feel I wasn't taken care of in the best manner,' George told NBC 6. A satisfied customer posts the results of her surgery on Yelp She decided to write a review on Yelp where she said she wasn't happy with the results, claiming she was left with breasts of different sizes and unattractive scars. A few months later George found herself in receipt of a lawsuit from Hochstein, who claims the comments are unfair and inaccurate. George is not the only former client to be sued by the doctor. A second Florida woman called Kristen LaPointe has also received a lawsuit after she posted a negative review on Yelp giving Hochstein one star. Nicola George (pictured) had saved up for three years for the procedure with Hochstein. She said she wasn't happy with her results or with the doctor's customer service A second Florida woman Kristen LaPointe (pictured above) has also received a lawsuit from Hochstein after saying she was very unhappy with the results and said the implants the doctor used were too big LaPointe's Yelp review stating that she has 'horrible scarring' and that she was made to sign a form saying 'he can charge you $20K per negative comment.' Hochstein has called her review 'fake' Hochstein told NBC 6 Investigators that he is suing the women as a last resort to protect himself against what he says are inaccurate reviews. 'I didn't have a choice, this is the last thing you want to do,' Hochstein said. Prior to their surgery both LaPointe and George signed a non-disparagement agreement. Other reviewers on the site were happy with their procedures posting favorable comments Numerous patients have posted online photos showing the results of their surgery with Hochstein One patient who was having multiple surgical procedures posted a 'before' photo The agreement stated the patient is not allowed to post 'negative reviews or disparaging comments or statements about Dr. Leonard Hochstein or his employees.' If they did leave a negative comment then the document states the patient agrees to pay $25,000 in damages for each negative statement. The Chair of Florida's Board of Medicine, Dr. Steven Rosenberg told NBC 6 he'd never heard of the agreement being used by a plastic surgeon in Florida. 'I can see why a doctor might want to do that, especially if they've had a lot of negative reviews, but I haven't heard of that happening,' Rosenberg said. Another reviewer changed her mind about the procedure she underwent with Hochstein Hochstein says he decided to take action against the women as a last resort to protect himself from what he calls inaccurate reviews In December 2016 Congress passed the Consumer Review Fairness Act. It is illegal to prevent someone from giving an honest review or to punish them for it. Hochstein says he has dealt with inaccurate reviews for years and decided to do something to protect his reputation with new patients. His attorney crafted a non-disparagement agreement in 2016. However, Hochstein says doesn't now use the agreement and stopped using it in late 2018 when he learned of the law. 'He's IT.'
