John Singleton's eldest daughter Justice, 26, will inherit his $3.8million ...

Beloved Hollywood director John Singleton's daughter will inherit his $3.8million estate, according to his will.

The Boyz n the Hood director tragically passed away at the age of 51 on Monday after his family shut off his life support machine after he suffered a debilitating stroke.

Singleton's last will and testament was filed by his mother Shelia Waard and it leaves his estate to his eldest child 26-year-old Justice Maya Singleton.

The will was penned in 1993 when Justice was Singleton's only child.

Now he has six other children - Maasai, Hadar, Cleopatra, Selenesol, Isis, and Seven - who may have rights to his inheritance because they were not specifically excluded from the will, according to TMZ.

The $3.8million estate likely doesn't reflect Singleton's full assets as he reports claim the director was worth $35million at the time of his death.

Under California law the six other Singleton children could have a strong case to divide the $3.8million estate equally among themselves, each taking 1/7 of the inheritance.

There have also been reports that his sister and mother were fighting over his inheritance and legacy in his final months.

He suffered a stroke two weeks ago after returning to the U.S. from a trip in Costa Rica and was subsequently placed in a medically induced coma.

His mother Shelia Ward filed an application to establish a temporary conservatorship for his estate in April.

In court documents she wrote that her son was 'hospitalized in a coma and is unable to provide for his personal needs.'
