A husband killed his dementia-suffering wife in a 'mercy shooting' before turning the gun on himself when he could not watch her in pain any longer.
John, 67, and Gwendolyn Thombleson, 66, were found dead in their Florida home by police at 3.30pm on May 1, family said.
Cops had been called by a man claiming he had shot his wife and was ready to kill himself on Goltare Drive, San Souci.
But Mr Thombleson's
