This is the moment a cyclist confronts an arrogant driver using her phone, and receives a less-than-polite reply.
As the rider urges a Tesla driver to put down her mobile or risk a fine, she mockingly says 'I can afford it, baby'.
The altercation happened at the junction of Battersea Bridge Road and Ethelburga Street in south London.
Helmet-cam footage shows the cyclist come up a bus lane on the edge of Battersea Park.
His attention appears to be drawn to a car he passes.
In a freeze-frame the clip shows a woman holding her phone while at the wheel in traffic.
