Law enforcement authorities in Mexico arrested the suspected mastermind behind the Good Friday massacre at a family party in Minatitlán that left 14 people dead, including a one-year-old boy.
Adrián 'El Pelón' Fernández, an alleged member of Mexico's most powerful criminal organization, the Jalisco New Generation Cartel, was arrested without incident Friday afternoon in gulf coast state of Veracruz.
Fernández is being accused of ordering the group of men that opened fire on the unsuspecting guests of a family gathering the night of April 19.
