This is the satisfying moment champagne is popped open when a reveller's gentle tapping cracks the neck of the bottle.
Nikolaj Makar is at a friend's birthday in Copenhagen's Hotel d'Angleterre when he decides to saber off the top of a bottle of champagne.
He said: 'I always liked sabering champagne, which is where you take a saber or any other object and hit the bottleneck so hard that it cracks off.'
