Terrified hotel guests were sent running from a luxury hotel after a man allegedly opened every fire hydrant in the building.
Hundreds of guests were forced to evacuate the Experience Bella Hotel Apartments in Southbank, Melbourne's inner-city as 432,000 litres of water gushed through the building on May 27 last year.
Bradley Vogt, 28, was believed to be high on ice when he allegedly walked through the buildings emergency stairwell and opened 18 fire hydrants.

Vogt was a paying guest at the 33-storey building, checking in four days prior to the incident with plans to stay for a week.
However, on May 27 about 9pm he went into the fire escape and opened all fire escapes between level one and 18.
Police allege the Traralgon man consumed a 'large combination' of illicit substances before heading into the fire escape, prosecutor Craig McConaghy said on Tuesday.
