Girl's slip: Good Morning America labels Regina Hall as Tiffany Haddish in Met Gala package Good Morning America labeled Regina Hall as Tiffany Haddish in their Met Gala package The flub came after the package had already correctly identified Haddish in an interview just prior to Hall, her co-star in Girls Trip By Chris Spargo For Dailymail.com Published: 13:37 BST, 7 May 2019 | Updated: 13:37 BST, 7 May 2019 Viewcomments The team at Good Morning America had some trouble telling their Girls Trip stars apart at the Met Gala on Monday. The ABC morning show ran a package featuring interviews with the evening's guest on Tuesday, and accidentally labelled Regina Hall as Tiffany Haddish. The flub was even more glaring since Haddish had been featured in the package just two interviews prior to Hall, with Regina King and Billy Porter appearing in between the two ladies. Hall no: Good Morning America labeled Regina Hall as Tiffany Haddish (above) in their Met Gala package Ball blunder: The flub came after the package had already correctly identified Haddish (above) in an interview just prior to Hall, her co-star in Girls Trip Haddish arrived on the red carpet in Michael Kors on Monday, wearing a sequined, zebra-print suit that she completed with a miniature top hat fascinator and a bold purple eye. She also brought along a bag of fried chicken, having been vocal about the lackluster array of food served at last year's gala, which she attended as the guest of Brandon Maxwell. Hall on the other hand was outfitted in custom Dapper Dan for the night, wearing her hair down and keeping her beauty look simple so as to showcase the designer's one-of-a-kind piece. The two women will likely be reuniting soon for a Girls Trip sequel, though the much anticipated follow-up to the 2017 hit has been pushed back a bit due to both ladies' busy schedules.
