WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The White House has decided to tell former White House counsel Don McGahn not to comply with a congressional subpoena for documents relating to Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation, ABC News reported on Tuesday, citing an interview with White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders.

"I don’t anticipate that that takes place," Sanders said on an ABC News podcast when asked if McGahn would comply, according to the news organization.
