A man who was charged with disturbing the peace after he shone a green laser pen into Tom Brady’s eyes during a New England game has spoken out for the first time - but insists he won’t be apologizing to the Quarterback.

In an exclusive interview with Inside Edition, Dwyan Morgan, 64, reconstructed the moment he hit Brady with the beam during the Pat’s AFC Championship game against the Kansas City Chiefs on January 20.

Morgan shone the laser at Brady at least three times during the crucial match in Missouri, but he asserts he never intended to hurt the 41-year-old, ‘maybe distract him a little’.

He told the station he’d had one too many beers and thought he’d try and make his two sons laugh, who were sat next to him in the stadium.
