Freshman Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez could be positioning herself to endorse independent Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders in his 2020 race for president.
On Thursday the duo appeared side-by-side in a video co-introducing legislation that would cap credit card interest rates at 15 per cent.
The congresswoman from New York said when appearing alongside Sanders in the rollout of their proposal that's she's happy she's able to introduce legislation in both chambers of Congress with a good 'working partner.'
