A former Minnesota City Council candidate has been found guilty of posting a topless image of his ex wife to his campaign website during his run for office.

David Martinez, 39, from Saint Paul, was sentenced to two years probation after he confessed to posting the exposing image of his partner online last July.

According to reports, the disgraced politician, who has been charged with non-consensual dissemination of private sexual images, posted the image after his estranged wife filed a restraining order against him.
