Woman who says she was sexually assaulted sues Missouri hospital and X-ray technician who 'accessed her records then contacted her alleged rapist to warn him he was being accused' - and says he attacked her AGAIN six months later because of it The woman is suing Atchison Hospital and Jane Enzbrenner over her claims She says that in May 2017, she went to the hospital after being raped According to the lawsuit, Enzbrenner then accessed her records and contacted the man described in them to warn him what she had told doctors and police The alleged assailant then bombarded the woman with abusive texts and stalked her When she learned he had found out from Enzbrenner, she complained to the hospital and Enzbrenner was fired The woman says that after that happened, the alleged rapist attacked her again  Prosecutors declined to charge him for either of the alleged rapes
